Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mission Nail Bar. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms apply to all visitors, clients and users who access our website or interact with us through any channel including phone, text message and online booking.
SMS Messaging Program
Mission Nail Bar operates an optional SMS text messaging program to keep clients informed about their appointments and exclusive promotions.
By opting into our SMS program you consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages from Mission Nail Bar. Message types include appointment reminders and confirmations, booking updates and rescheduling notices, promotional offers and salon specials and general service announcements. Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity — typically 4 to 6 messages per month.
Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe at any time. You'll receive one final confirmation. No further texts after opting out.
Text START to our number or opt in again through our website or in person at the salon.
Reply HELP to any message or call (949) 461-0801 for SMS support.
Standard message and data rates may apply. Rate and frequency may vary. Contact your carrier for plan details.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from Mission Nail Bar. You may still book appointments and receive services without enrolling.

Age Restriction
and independent service booking
Our SMS messaging program and online booking services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By opting into SMS communications you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
Clients under 18 may receive services at Mission Nail Bar with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. However minors may not independently enroll in our SMS program or agree to these Terms without parental consent.
We don't knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 13. If we become aware of any such collection it will be deleted promptly.
Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mission Nail Bar is not responsible for any delays in SMS delivery caused by your mobile carrier, network outages or technical issues beyond our control.
Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Metro PCS and other regional carriers. Carrier support for SMS services may vary.
By opting into our SMS program you acknowledge that your mobile carrier may impose its own terms on text messaging services. Mission Nail Bar is not a party to any agreement between you and your carrier.
Salon Services & Appointments
Mission Nail Bar provides professional nail care services at our Mission Viejo, CA location. By booking an appointment you agree to the following:
- Appointments are subject to availability and may be rescheduled with reasonable notice
- We reserve the right to refuse service for health, safety or conduct-related reasons
- Pricing is subject to change — current prices are available in the salon and on our website
- No-show appointments or late cancellations may result in restrictions on future bookings
- We are not responsible for adverse reactions to products or services — please inform your technician of any allergies or sensitivities before your appointment
Kids services are available for children accompanied by a parent or guardian. See our services menu for age-appropriate offerings.
Payments & Refunds
Mission Nail Bar accepts major credit cards, debit cards and cash. Payment is due at the time of service. We don't issue refunds for completed services. If you're dissatisfied, please let us know immediately so we can make it right.
Gift cards and promotional credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. They may not be exchanged for cash.
Website Use & Intellectual Property
All content on missionnailbarmv.com including text, images, logos, graphics and design is the property of Mission Nail Bar and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without written permission.
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, submit false information through our forms or interfere with the normal operation of our website.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mission Nail Bar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, services or SMS communications. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy or suitability of information on our website. The website and services are provided "as is."
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Orange County, California.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Mission Nail Bar regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements or communications.
